When you've signed the Sale and Purchase agreement you have a 10-day due diligence period during which you will need to have your lawyer read over the contract and confirm your finance with your bank - you can cancel the contract at any time during the due diligence period.
Once the due diligence period has passed, a deposit of 10% is required to be paid into an independent trust account and is held there for you until settlement. All interest that your deposit earns during this time will be deducted from your final balance which is due on settlement - that's it! No staggered payments during construction and no hidden costs or price increases after work has begun!
During the construction process, you will be given access to our online portal and app which provides regular photo updates on the construction progress on-site and an up to the minute timeline - you can also contact our team directly through this portal at any time, we're here to help!
Our properties are "turn-key" meaning they come ready to move-in. Blinds, landscaping, fencing, and decking are all included in the price - we take care of it all so you don't have to!
