Young enough to stay fresh, yet experienced enough to know and benefit from our strengths, the Solution Street team have been working together for over 6 years and, led by Managing Director Gary Gordon, we are providing much needed affordable housing to the Auckland market.

Gary founded Legacy Property, which is the parent company of Solution Street, back in 2003. After years of developing apartments, terraced homes and stand alone properties throughout Auckland and Christchurch, he saw a need for affordable homes in the Auckland market and knew he could help.

Solution Street are passionate in what we do and have partnered with businesses that have the same ‘can do’ attitude and the same level of motivation to help more Kiwi’s own their own warm, healthy homes.

Gary is the visionary behind the Solution Street promise of delivering affordable homes that people will be proud to own and love living in. With over 25 years experience in the industry, Gary leads the Solution Street team with high-energy and passion for the future of property.

Construction Manager

Oliver has an extensive background in the construction industry and has managed the production of 400+ properties throughout his career. He leads the construction team and is involved in all of our developments from planning through to completion.

Development Manager

Shane is a quantity surveyor and has worked in the construction and property industry for over 24 years. His role is to select and acquire new Solution Street sites and oversee the design process, making sure our homes are meeting our clients requirements.

Shannon oversees site operations on a day-to-day basis and ensures that work is done safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Being trade qualified he brings a wealth of experience to the team and has worked in the building industry for 18 years.

One of your first points of contact when you start your journey with Solution Street, Jacquie is passionate about guiding our clients through the process of buying their own home by providing them with regular updates during construction and answering any questions they may have.

Consents Coordinator

Kim takes care of all of the technical paperwork involved in having our developments signed off by Council at every stage of a build. She brings an extensive background in technical services and client management to the team.

Elsa supports Amali in the day-to-day management of Solution Street cashflow and makes sure we stay on budget. Having built several homes with her husband gives Elsa a good understanding of the construction process.
